Important Safeguards
When using electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

Danger: Risk of shock - Disconnect power before installation.
This luminaire must be installed in accordance with the NEC or your local electrical code. If you are not familiar with these codes and requirements, consult a qualified electrician.
Warning: Not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lights. Not for use where exposed directly to the weather or water. Not for use in totally enclosed recessed fixtures.
Warning: Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this product only in the applications that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings.
DO NOT make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.
To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
Warning: Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in fixtures where the input ratings of the kit do not exceed the input ratings of the fixture.
Caution: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Caution: Risk of electrical shock. Do not open. There are no user serviceable parts inside. Turn the power off before inspection, installation, or removal. The lamp is NOT suitable for use in wet locations. Use only on 100-240VAC, 50-60HZ circuits.
Important: Each light shall be installed only in its intended manner and orientation.
UV radiation can pose a risk of personal injury. Overexposure can result in damage to the eyes and bare skin. To reduce the risk of overexposure this equipment must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s site planning recommendations. This may include instructions on the relative location of each germicidal system component, the minimum distances between UV-generating devices and other objects or surfaces, and protection from line-of-sight exposure to UV radiation in occupied spaces located above the equipment mounting area (e.g. upper floor balconies, open staircases, etc.)
Installation of the devices should be performed by qualified professionals and follow Lumenlabs™ installation guide.
Lumenlabs™ products and installation guidelines comply with IEC 62471, the Photobiological Safety of Lamps and Lap Systems standards, and American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH®) TLVs® guidelines.
Lumenlabs™ products are meant to be used in conjunction with other protective measures like manual cleaning and the use of proper PPE.
Lumenlabs™ products are not intended for use as a medical device.
If combining two or more UV solutions, whether from Lumenlabs™ and/or other manufacturers, consult a trained product application representative to ensure the total irradiance (UV dose) does not exceed recommended human exposure limits.
